mobile mancave

uniquely designed × distinctively yours

The ultimate man-cave experience to enhance your wedding or special event.

It all started a long time ago. A wedding client {specifically the groom} asked us if there was any way to incorporate some of his personal style preferences into the wedding he and his bride were planning. Instead of completely interrupting a myriad of wedding design decisions that had already been made, we shifted our thought process. We created an adjacent *man-space* that would complement the flow of the wedding atmosphere, yet provide a unique and personalized experience for the groom {and 30 of his best mates}.

The bride could keep her classically elegant wedding style. The groom could express his single-malt scotch hunting cabin persona. It was the ultimate win-win.

FLAVOR(S) OF THE MONTH

One of the perks of the job...

For the sake of "research" we go through the painstaking process of tasting many, many, many spirits.
It's a tough and arduous job, but someone has to step up and get it done.
You're welcome.

hibiki harmony
{japan}

Flavors:
Sweet floral, pine (and perhaps sandalwood). Caramel, cinnamon, honey, and smoke.
Very clean, medium finish.

Tidbits:
Heralded as the foundation of the Hibiki range, leveraging the same key malt and grain whiskies from the original Hibiki blend, Hibiki 17 years and Hibiki 21 years. American white oak malt whiskies create a solid base. The rare Mizunara (Japanese oak) and sherry cask malt whiskies are the dressing. The smoky malt whiskies enact as subtle accents to create depth and further complexity. Grain whiskies from Suntory's Chita distillery act as the "dashi," or broth, to complete the personality of the malt whiskies and enhance their overall harmony. (notes from scotchaddict.com)

**A DapperEDden fave.**

glencadam 15 yr
{scotland}

Flavors:
Salt meets sweet. A bit of cut-grass with malty-ness, and a touch of oak.
Medium finish, with sweet and malt lingering.

Tidbits:
Glencadam is now the only distillery in the county of Angus, an area of the Highlands of Scotland. Glencadam distillery is situated to the east of Brechin next to Glebe Park where the football team, Brechin City play their home games.

bache gabrielsen
{france}

Flavors:
Thicker and sweeter than most French cognac. Tropical flavors of coconut and pineapple, with vanilla, cocoa and nuts. Medium long finish, with a maple quality.

Tidbits:
Bache Gabrielsen is a first of its kind: the first French cognac to be aged in American Tennessee oak barrels for a minimum of six months.
True to the ancestral methods of the blending of the liquid, this unique 'eau de vie' incorporates both a traditional and new approach to cognac. A great combination of American and French.
